The Occupational Medicine Clinic & Rehabilitation Center is at 14000 Arapahoe Road Suite 160.

Occupational Medicine clinic hours are 7:30 to 5:00 Monday through Friday.

After hours care is available through the Centennial Medical Plaza Emergency Department.
