HealthONE's Aurora Clinic is located in the Medical Office Building at 830 Potomac Circle just 0.25 miles north of the I-225 and Sixth Avenue intersection.
The Occupational Medicine Clinic is in suite 100.
Occupational Medicine clinic hours are 7:00 to 5:00 Monday to Friday.
After hours care is available at The Medical Center of Aurora at 1501 South Potomac.

- On-site care coordination / case management.
